Community Nursing Care

All NDIS participants in Sydney and the surrounding suburbs who are 18 years of age or older may use the Community Nursing Care service. People who reside in residential homes, supported housing, or at home are included in this.

This includes provision of care, training, and supervision of a workers who responds to the complex care needs of a participant. Nursing may cover a range of care and supports, depending on the needs and plan of the participant.

Why Go for Prohealth?

It is best to be treated under nursing observation whenever you are dealing with a physical disability or going through a physical transitional phase. Any individualised care (without professional nursing) provided by non-professional family members may not be sufficient to reduce your need for personal care, which could make the situation worse.
Your mind is at ease knowing that you will be looked after by professionally trained, experienced nurses who can better understand your needs and treat you as such if you receive professional community nursing care from Prohealth.
